Changes are a part of life, work and indeed every day. Many are small, a few are bigger and some mark the end of an era. Like this one.

Mr Dieter Lindner will retire at the end of the year after 53 years with the company. Dieter Lindner started his apprenticeship at RAVENOL in the East-Westphalian town of Werther in 1966 and has been with the company ever since. Over the years and decades, he has helped to shape RAVENOL's image, was the all-important link between customers and RAVENOL and provided customers with a comprehensive service. As the years went by, the company underwent various changes, colleagues, products and customers came and went, but thanks to his loyalty, reliability and commitment, Mr Lindner stayed the course. Initially entrusted with a wide range of different tasks in the factory, he later joined the office team and helped to make a name for RAVENOL beyond the boundaries of East Westphalia.

We are losing a funny, friendly and esteemed colleague who we will all miss greatly.

We would like to thank Mr Dieter Lindner on behalf of everyone at RAVENOL for his dedication and hard work and wish him all the best and good health as he moves on to the next stage in his life.
