due to the numerous requests for support of activities, we ask you to help us with the choice by sending the completed form to us. After receiving the form, in case of a positive response, we will contact you as soon as possible. We must point out that in the event of a positive evaluation, it is only a matter of support with RAVENOL products (lubricants, operating fluids and cleaners) to the extent of the evaluation by RAVENOL.

Please understand that we cannot enter into any engagements at small events, raffle prizes, product loans or giveaways.

Ravensberger Schmierstoffvertrieb GmbH (RAVENOL) receives the following consideration after receipt and use of the products:

1. Providing at least 5 photos after each event for free use in advertising and public relations. The photo should include the vehicle, RAVENOL logo, product, oil import scenes, etc.

2. Placement of at least one (1) sticker in a prominent place on the vehicle and possibly on the driver's coveralls/clothing.

3. Signage at events with RAVENOL representation (after prior coordination with RAVENOL)

4. Social Media:

a. A minimum of 12 posts per year on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Posts should include RAVENOL logo, product, etc.

b. Posts must use the following hashtags (#ravenol, #ravenollive, #ravenoloil, #ravenolmotorsport).

c. Tag the co-partner @ravenol.de on Instagram

d. Videos will be made available by RAVENOL partners for posting on social media to be made available. The videos may be recut by RAVENOL and published without the partner's approval.

Media is provided. The videos may be re-edited by RAVENOL and published without the approval of the partner.

I agree that my personal data may be stored electronically by Ravensberger Schmierstoffvertrieb GmbH for the purpose of internal data processing. Ravensberger Schmierstoffvertrieb GmbH guarantees that the personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The statutory data protection provisions will be complied with.
