Driving innovation forward – your responsibilities:
- Supporting international key accounts in the back office area
- Coordinating orders from entry to delivery, including compliance checks and cross-departmental communication
- Organising transport and all logistics
- Preparing customs-related documents (MRN, EUR1, EMCS)
- Processing export licences (BAFA)
- Processing letters of credit
- Monitoring contractually agreed sales targets and budgets
- Preparing for international trade fair appearances
- Portfolio monitoring
- Preparing data for export managers and key account managers
- Providing technical advice to existing customers
- Maintaining price lists and other relevant lists
Down-to-earth and successful – that's why you're a good fit for us:
- Ideally, several years of experience in sales/export or comparable qualifications
- Outgoing, no fear of contact
- Customs knowledge
- Experience in processing letters of credit
- Fluent German & English
- Another foreign language is desirable (Arabic, Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian)
- Assertiveness, reliability
- MS Office, customs software knowledge
- Microsoft NAVISION knowledge (not essential)

Product/Project Management Associate (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting product/project management in day-to-day operations
- Research and analysis of market, competitive, and pricing information
- Research on technical product information and new developments
- Maintaining and updating product data in our systems
- Preparation of Product Information and Technical Content
- Participation in product launches, trade shows, and presentations
- Handling administrative, organizational, and documentation tasks
What You Need to Bring
- A successfully completed business or technical apprenticeship
- An analytical and structured way of thinking, as well as a passion for researching, evaluating, and presenting information in a clear and understandable way
- An interest in technical concepts and a curiosity about the automotive world and motorsports
- Interest in markets, competition, products, and marketing strategies
- A meticulous and reliable approach to work, even when managing and processing large amounts of data
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
- Team spirit, communication skills, and a proactive approach to work
