Opportunity for advancement to Deputy Manager
Would you like to actively manage production processes and take on responsibility? With us, you’ll help shape the work preparation processes at a successful family-owned business and have the opportunity to advance to the position of Deputy Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Quantity and material requirements planning
- Schedule, time, and capacity planning
- Sequencing of production orders
- Incoming goods inspection and quality control
- Production monitoring and order tracking
- Maintenance and monitoring of throughput and cycle times
- Support with personnel scheduling in production
- Assuming the role of acting head of production planning in the medium term
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical or business training
- A structured, analytical, and reliable approach to work
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
Desirable
- Professional experience in work planning or production planning
- Knowledge of ERP systems, e.g., Microsoft Navision
- Willingness to take on responsibility

- Industry experience in the field of lubricant technology

- Strong presentation and communication skills and confident use of the MS Office package
- Great passion for active, personal sales, coupled with confidence in closing deals
- High degree of self-organisation and flexibility
