RAVENOL
Surface Sealant RV 57-4

RAVENOL Surface Sealant RV 57-4 has excellent impact, shear and vibration resistance and is easy to apply. The material is ideally suited for sealing flanges of various sizes and types. RV 57-4 ensures a tight bond without damaging the surface and is capable of bridging gaps of up to 0.5 mm. The sealant is highly firm, highly viscous, fluorescent and difficult to remove after application. After 15-30 minutes, the sealant is already solid to the touch and final hardness (100% of strength) is achieved after 12 hours.

Thread Lock RV 24-3

RAVENOL Thread Lock RV 24-3 has excellent impact, shear and vibration resistance and is easy to use. It is ideally suited for sealing threads of various sizes / types and ensures a tight connection without damaging the surface. The thread lock is capable of bridging gaps of up to 0.25 mm and can be applied to threads up to M 36. The material is of medium firmness, medium/high viscosity, fluorescent and can be dismantled normally after application. After 10-20 minutes the thread lock is already hand-firm and after 1-3 hours the final hardness (100% of the strength) is reached.

RAVENOL Universal Sealant is specially developed for sealing various flanges of engine, transmission and machine housings in combination with solid gaskets. It is based on polyester resin, has a wide application temperature window, is solvent-free, silicone-free, indefinitely plastic before/after assembly, easy to dismantle and non-corrosive. The formulation is resistant to fuels, mineral oils, natural gas, LPG and coolants. It supports and seals new and old solid gaskets made of various materials. This product therefore closes the gap between liquid and solid sealings. The sealant is permanently plastic, elastic, fluorescent and easy to remove after application. The material adheres very well to steel, aluminum, glass, ceramics and many other materials and has a particularly high resistance to oil and grease. It is suitable for sealing, bonding and applications where particularly high resistance to pressure, UV, oil and grease is required. The seal is ideal for components such as Housing, gearbox and valve covers, oil pumps and oil pans water pumps, flanges, axles and tanks; but can also be used in many other applications that match the material's extensive capabilities.

RAVENOL Anti Seize 1200 is a high-temperature resistant, silicone-free anti-corrosion paste based on a synthetic oil mixture. It separates and lubricates highly stressed parts and thus provides long-term protection against corrosion, seizure and wear. The paste can be used for a wide range of applications thanks to its selected additives and precisely coordinated solids content, while the sulphur content is below 0.1%. This also prevents the occurrence of stick-slip phenomena, oxidation, electrolytic reactions (also known as “cold welding”) and fretting corrosion.

It resists all weather conditions and can be used in virtually all application areas, including workshops / automobiles, shipping, electrical work, agriculture, as well as household / hobby. The active ingredient combination deeply penetrates threads and mechanical connections, loosens localized rust, and then protects against further corrosion. The special formula lubricates hinges, guides, bearings, many types of joints, and couplings while effectively eliminating squeaks and rattles. The spray also displaces moisture from electrical contacts and prevents leakage currents.
