On Sunday, 15th September, the ‘Lenkwerk’ Bielefeld will be decorated in the colours blue and white, standing for the Munich based car manufacturer. For the second time, the BMW Day will be held on the premises of the former German Wehrmacht’s air-force accoutring office. During the event, the visitors will be provided exclusive information and insider knowledge on the brand BMW. Meanwhile, the exhibition comprises everything from historic BMW vehicles and collector’s items to racy versions of the BMW M and M Performance cars. One of the exhibition highlights will be the legendary BMW M1 – a street-legal racing vehicle that made history some 40 years ago – first of all in the BMW M1 ProCar Championship, a.k.a ProCar series, with the F1 legends Niki Lauda and Nelson Piquet winning the two titles. Further BMW-World attractions and a comfortable RAVENOL Lounge Area invite the visitors to get involved in conversations on BMW motoring in general and to have a great time with their families and friends.
The gates will be opened for all the BMW enthusiasts on Sunday, 15th September, 10:00hrs CEST (09:00hrs BST).
