RAVENOL in the BMW M2 Racing: Lubricant Expertise for International Customer Racing

RAVENOL is represented in the new BMW M2 Racing with its high-performance products, making it part of BMW M Motorsport's global customer racing programme. From the 2026 season, the new race car serves as an entry point into the world of BMW M motorsport and is aimed in particular at young talents, ambitious private drivers and customer teams.

With the BMW M2 Racing, BMW M Motorsport is expanding its customer racing portfolio with a race car designed specifically as an entry point into professional motorsport. RAVENOL supports the project on a technical level: The BMW M2 Racing uses, among other products, RAVENOL REC SAE 0W-40 engine oil, a modern fully synthetic low-friction multigrade engine oil based on renewable plant-based raw materials. The BMW M2 Racing was developed specifically for racing series, track days and one-make cups and will contest its first racing season in 2026. It is based on the chassis of the current BMW M2 generation, which BMW M Motorsport has equipped with numerous components developed specifically for racing.

A key area of competition is the BMW M2 Cup, which is held as part of the DTM support programme. The racing series gives young talents in particular the opportunity to gain experience on top-level race tracks under professional competitive conditions and to showcase their potential for progression into higher motorsport categories.

In addition, the BMW M2 Racing is designed for numerous other national and international motorsport formats. These include the ADAC RAVENOL Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS)the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring, as well as various sprint, endurance and one-make racing series.
