The year 2024 has been marked by innovative product developments and sustainable growth for RAVENOL, enabling us to further strengthen our position as a global player in the market.


With the launch of the RAVENOL BioSyntoLub® Racing Eco Series, based on renewable raw materials and recognized as the first CO2-neutral and USDA®-certified series from a lubricant company in Europe, we set new standards this year—even in endurance racing events on the Nordschleife.

This year, RAVENOL has made a strong commitment to environmental protection through a donation campaign to plant 1,000 trees in Bielefeld. The donation was made to KlimaWoche Bielefeld e.V., a nonprofit organization that has been implementing climate-positive projects in the East Westphalia region for several years. Equipped with boots and shovels, numerous RAVENOL employees participated in the planting initiative during the pre-Christmas season. They were actively supported by the hardworking team of helpers from KlimaWoche Bielefeld.

Paul Becher, CEO of RAVENOL, emphasizes:
“Sustainability is not just a catchphrase for us but a responsibility that we, as an oil producer, take seriously. We also focus on sustainability in part of our product range by using renewable raw materials in motor and transmission oils.” 

For the coming year, KlimaWoche Bielefeld has once again set the goal of planting another 25,000 trees in Bielefeld and the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region.

“Thanks to the generous and hands-on support of RAVENOL, the lubricant manufacturer from our immediate neighborhood, we were able to plant numerous trees in the region again to promote the urgently needed reforestation. This initiative is a valuable boost for climate protection and, at the same time, an example of the responsible commitment of the regional economy.”
