Endurance race ends with overall GT victory for RAVENOL's partner team Car Collection.

Abu Dhabi is normally associated with a hot and dry climate. Anyone who drives in the capital of the United Arab Emirates must be aware of the special requirements for equipment and drivers.

If the whole thing then runs for more than 6 hours, it quickly becomes clear what enormous stresses and pressures the material and the aggregates are exposed to.

The racing team of Car Collection has recently demonstrated with their Audi R8 LMS GT3 that they can hardly be impressed by such adverse circumstances. It literally left its competitors “eating dust”. 

On the challenging route of Yas Marina Circuit with a length of exactly 5.554 kilometers, the team dominates the race with its drivers  Antares Au, Chris Froggatt and Ian Loggie. Their 5.2 litre V10-powered naturally-aspirated racing cars pushed them on to victory. At the 24-hours of Dubai at the beginning of the year, the Audis were also able to take two podium places.

The long-distance endurance races always pose a major challenge to an engine, transmission and brakes. It's good if you can rely on the high-performance RAVENOL lubricants and brake fluids!
