RAVENOL Universal Sealant

RAVENOL Universal Sealant is based on a polyester resin and can be used from -50°C to +200°C and up to +250°C for short periods. It has excellent chemical resistance and is easy to apply. Ideally suited for sealing various components in combination with solid gaskets. Fixes and seals new and old solid gaskets made of various materials.

RAVENOL Universal Sealant closes the gap between liquid and solid gaskets. Can bridge gaps of up to 0.1 mm on its own.

RAVENOL Universal Sealant is permanently plastic, elastic, fluorescent and easy to remove after application. Due to its temperature stability and very good resistance against fuels and oils (etc.), the sealant is ideally suited for use in engines.

Application Note

RAVENOL Universal Sealant should only be applied to completely clean surfaces (free of grease, dirt, etc.). Our RAVENOL Sealant Remover is very suitable for removing old seals, rougher soiling or residues.

RAVENOL Universal Sealant can be applied to both hot and cold surfaces. The sealing material itself should be at room temperature during application. Ensure that the applied trace is applied without interruptions.

Note:

RAVENOL Universal Sealantshould be stored dry and at room temperature. It should be ensured that the container is tightly closed. If stored properly, the container has a storage stability of 24 months.
